only ND. eventually I dont get the effect. but from my limited knowledge here this is expected
its like when you hit your head against a wall many times. you were n pain and when you stop you feel relief. but after some mintues/hours you feel no pain no relief.
I gotta say, black seed 10% did nothing to me

I experienced that too with NDs D3/K2. It seemed subjectively much more effective and even seemed to make my skin and hair look hydrated (normally it’s dry for a reason I haven’t figured out yet)
Never happened with any other brands though.
I suspect it’s related to the K2. I recall MYSAD saying there is a significant degradation with Vitamin K2 if things are done incorrectly during production and transport.
/u/misteryouaresodumb Could you please shed some light on the issues? Have you guys tested competitors Vitamin K/D formulations? Would you be able to release a standalone Vitamin K product? I know there are other forms too (MK9, MK11) (as in Life Extension ‘Super K Elite’)
I seem to get inconsistent yet significant results from Vitamin K2 supplementation, despite having a balanced diet. Sometimes it doesn’t seem to work at all, but I can’t tell if it has anything to do with the brand / formulation. I’d love to get a reliable standalone product from ND!

We actually have not tested other brands D3 or K2. Who knows how legit they are. I am not surprised by anything these days.
A standalone K2 is absolutely something we will do. I am just trying to decide if we do a combo MK-7 and MK-4, or have them each separately.
