Ordered caffeine+L-thenanine, inside of bottle is covered almost coated with white powder. Is this normal?

So as the title says ordered caffeine+L-thenanine from ND.
1st time.
Is it normal for the inside of the blue bottle to be covered with this white powdery substance?

One of the capsule probably broke open in transit. The mail system isn't always the most gentle with orders. It being static charged is likely because the movement of the plastic bottle in the padded envelope caused an electrostatic buildup. Nothing to worry about, and we always put extra capsules in each bottle anyway.
