Any extra information on this mix would be appreciated. It's supposed to be a super nmda effect but can only find little info.
Dl-phenylalanine 2gs
Magnesium L-Threonate 1g
Didn't realize the synergy want to make sure. Because there is evidence that you can over activate nmda receptors/create compet for nmda nutrition but not sure if l threonate would create a higher reaction or a tolerance reduction.

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb know much about nmda antagonist with l threonate?

It's not an NMDA receptor antagonist. Magnesium blocks the ion channel of the NMDA receptor. That's its natural function. It's not touching the NMDA receptor itself. It sits in the ion channel because of its charge until the cell is depolarized from activation of the AMPA/NMDA receptors. Then it clears the channel and allows glutamate to enter the cell and cause signaling cascades.
