Oleamide is a pain in the ass to work with. It's not really a powder. It is more like a bunch of waxy balls that have a hell of a time running on encapsulation machinery, so it requires a bunch more work to get made properly into capsules. It's also not a super expensive one per kg, so the cost of processing and encapsulation disproportionately affects it per mg. This can happen on things that are lower cost per kg. It's just more pronounced here because it is both inexpensive per kg and takes a ton more work to get into capsules.
