I'm using calcium ascorbate combined with citrus bioflavonoids actually. So I guess I'm good then. I just got curious, because I always want to use the best.

Sabroxy dosing is one of the most variable we have seen person-to-person. Some people only need 50mg, while others need 500mg. It's a massively wide dose range based on the individual. I myself can only take 50-100mg bef

Yes, I do think other things increase it. I know for sure other flavones do. I got stronger effects from it when combining it with things like 7,8-DHF, baicalin/baicalein, apigenin, etc. Vitamin C could be doing it, too.

Truthfully I don't have solid data. I've used both with good effect. I do think the flavonoid complex helps a bit, as there is data showing flavonoids improve vitamin C bioavailability.
