Quick Question in regards to Micro Mag ??

Micromag mentions elemental mag per tablet is 200mg but mentions the full one dose as 625mg. Can someone clarify what is contained withing the 425mg ??
I need to know if the excess 425mg may influence my eye condition.
I understand mag gly & other types generally have a highish dose of malate or glycinate attached to maybe 200mg of mag.
It's just I cannot find out online what is bundled in with the elemental mag in micro mag to take the 200mg elemental up to 625mg.
I suffer from a degenerative eye disorder whereas the glycinate in mag gly & the malate in mag malate were not beneficial to my condition so just trying to find out if, Nootropics Depot Micro Mag is compatible as such, with my condition ??
Magnesium has been recommended for my eye condition.
Taking Life Extension Mag Extended Release at the moment, It has some proprietary ZumXr tech that seems to helping sore eye condition but the laxative effects are creeping in at 2 tabs divided a day.
