Easiest countries to ship to within EU?

Hi guys
So I'm thinking about living in turkey, or somewhere near there.
However I know turkey is strict with importing nootropics / supplements (you need doctors prescription).
Is Greece and Bulgaria easy to ship to in terms of customs clearance? Is it only Germany / Belgium / Norway that's strict with nootropics?
Or is it commonly recommended to ship to France with their "easy delivery" service to ship within EU?

The easiest EU countries to get products into are the Netherlands and France. The hardest are Belgium and Germany. Reshipping through France or the Netherlands is the safest way for countries that are sticklers over customs. I don't think Greece and Bulgaria are especially hard, but we also don't have a massive amount of orders from there.
