Not as far as I know. About a year ago there was another user interested in this and they asked /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb about making it available on ND but IIRC the synthesis is quite intractable. Hopefully MYASD can correct me if I'm wrong.

The synthesis kept resulting in dangerous explosions in the lab when trying to scale up to production batches. The hydrazine used is very volatile.
