Nobody cant say that probiotics don't have nootopic effects - I just tried B. Longum 35624 and it brought me back to life after having IBS/paranoia everyday nonstop. The effect it had on my mood had me in shock too. I just couldn't believe it and its making me wonder if I am missing other species. (L. Reuteri DSM 17938) and (L. Reuteri ATCC PTA 6475) have been getting a lot of buzz over the last few years (gunna have to try that one) while other strains are now being identified.
Everyone knows about the brain gut axis, and how it controls mood and the immune system. After all there are more bacterial cells than there are human cells per body. This means you are not you, you are your micro-biome. Control the biome and control everything else.
We need single individual strains per product (The strains that are identified with the letters and numbers at the end).
