R-ALA product concentrations?

Hopefully u/misteryouaresodumb can clear this up for me and for anyone else wondering,
ND manages to carry different the very best R-ALA variations, but how much total R-ALA is in the Optim-ALA and the R-ALA complex powder?
The Optim-ALA contains 125mg of pure R-ALA and then 250mg of Cyclodextrin Complex? How much R-ALA is in the complex?
And the powder has just 500mg of R-ALA Cyclodextrin Complex as its ingredient? Pretty much wondering the actual exact amounts/ratio of R-ALA in both the complexes.

So 250mg R-ALA cyclodextrin delivers only 2mg of R-ALA? Or am I reading this wrong? It just seems a bit low in my opinion.

No, the R-ALA cyclodextrin is roughly 11% R-ALA. Na-R-ALA is roughly 80% R-ALA.
