Just a quick review. I had a problem with CoinPayments, rounding errors and my own ignorance of the bitcoin system caused my order to time-out due to insufficient funds sent initially. I thought I had just lost the money in the blockchain or to the payment processor, but after some correspondence, Markayla took care of the issue with CoinPayments directly. My transaction was re-opened, completed, and shipped immediately (without me having to repay the less than $1 amount that was missing). I'm honestly kind of shocked at how amicable and helpful ND was, especially for an issue with cryptocurrency. They deserve their reputation.

Glad Markayla was able to get you taken care of! We are actually working with Coinpayments to build a new payment integration, which should hopefully be a bit more intuitive than the one we have now. I've personally had the network fee rounding issue before on other orders I have made on sites, so I know exactly what you are talking about. Getting into Bitcoin can definitely be confusing. I wish the available wallets made things a bit more clear surrounding transaction fee amounts. Some wallets add it to the total. Others subtract it from the total. It would be nice to get everyone to standardize on how those fees are handled. Glad to see you in cryptocurrency, though!
