Yes, we are considering both of those. I am trialing them right now with tongkat ali and iodine. So far I think they are good. The dose just needs to be low. I think many people are overdoing it on dosing with them.

Iodine was because another Redditor had said it completely transformed their reaction to tongkat ali, so I wanted to try it out myself. I have been using 225mcg.

Yeah, estrogen is part of it. Many people get anxiety, insomnia, irregular heart beat, acne, hair loss, etc. from too high of doses of DHEA and pregnenolone.

Yeah, I would suggest starting with a small dose of each (5mg) together. Combining them with tongkat ali is a good idea.

By itself? I don't think so for most people. Getting some blood testing for your estrogen levels would be a good idea, though. That will allay your anxiety, too.

Do you mean TSH? Normally very low iodine causes an increase in TSH, because your body is trying to raise T3 and T4. You having low TSH implies the opposite.

You might be low in iodine. You could also try taking some DHEA with a lower dose of pregnenolone.

I suppose that depends on the person and what they are using it for. Some people might need 100mg, but most would be much better off with 5-25mg.
