Which powders are NOT okay to mix in hot beverages?

I like to brew a small cup of coffee at night and mix in my L-theanine, then use it as a morning chaser for capsules before I even get out of bed.
I know Longvida is allegedly okay to add in to a hot bev without degrading it. Options I’ve considered adding are Shilajit, one of the Ashwagandas, Bacognize, Polygala or possibly Rhodiola into the mix. Will any of these be damaged by the heat?
Which powders should I really avoid adding to a hot beverage?

Almost every powder will be fine in a hot beverage, as most degradation happens over time. Mixing into hot beverages and drinking right away doesn't give enough time for most things to break down. Also, you are not getting insanely hot with your morning beverages. Coffee is brewed at 205*F, but you don't drink it till it is about 160*F or less. Very few things will break down at that temperature for short periods.
