I'm not sure if you've ever come across this before, this guy is in the graphic design business also and he shares all the email exchanges he has with potential clients

LOL, I am not sure if I have seen that specific one. However, I have read some other blogs like that. I used to read the tales from tech support stuff all the time. I used to do tech support waaaaay back in the day. The shit I ran into was just as ridiculous as some of the stories I read. LOL
