Are problems with german customs still ongoing?

I’m thinking of ordering some racetams, adrafinil and choline from ND though read some older posts about german customs holding the process and seizing certain contents or even the entire package sometimes. Is that still an ongoing issue or isn’t anymore that frequent. How likely would it be that the package is seized if that is the case?

We've seen a few shipments stopped by customs clearance in Germany, but have not been informed of any product seizures or orders being rerouted back to us due to customs in a few months.
