Thought about buying some but couldn't find that much here. What effects can you expect and how strong are the cognitive benefits with this compound, is it noticeable or more subtle?

No, not at reasonable doses. Those effects are rare, and found in daily doses over 800mg EGCG, which would be 1,777mg of our extract.
