Your first order with us was shipped to a totally different address than your second order. It's not just the Apt #3 that is different. It's the entire address. It's the same city and same zip code, but different streets and house numbers. There is no way our site would enter a totally different address in the same city randomly. We went through the logs, and that was the address you entered when placing the order. Also, Apt #3 is the correct one for that address that was put in. Apt E is correct for the the address you sent the first order to. I looked it up online. There is no Apt E at the address you provided for the second order, but there is an Apt #3.

So to sum up, your first order was shipped to a "1304" address in your city. That one is correct to have "Apt E" on it. Your second order was shipped to a "701" address in the same city. That one is correct to have "Apt #3" on it. Both are valid addresses that were entered into the site. There is no way for our systems to randomly choose another house in the same city. It has to be entered in the fields at checkout. Both houses and units exist, so they were delivered. Can you look at the address for your second order and check to see if you recognize it? Perhaps it is your parent's house or a friend's house? Some people have addresses saved in the auto-fill of their browsers. Maybe you had your parent's address saved in there, and your browser auto-filled it? I recently moved, and I've had my browser auto-fill my old address in sites when checking out a couple times now. If I am not careful to look, I might click complete without realizing it went to the old one. It actually happened to me a couple months back. I had to drive over there and get it.
