I've used Bacognize several times over the past year. Usually I would do month long cycles but when I initiallly took it I did a long cycle of roughly 2 months.
My experience was positive to say the least. I did not get any stimulative or noticeable cognitive benefits. Where it did work for me was essentially curing my anxiety. I'll try to further explain.
Basically anytime I cycled it I would get to a point after a couple weeks where I was noticeably more resistant to losing my composure in stressful situations. It wasn't pervasive or changed my personality, I still cared I just seemed to have a lot more control over my emotions while in situations that normally would have proved more difficult.
The most notable thing for me however is that I had been experiencing semi-regular anxiety symptoms and some full blown attacks before I used Bacognize. I'm assuming the effects Bacopa can have on the GABAa receptors (upregulation) was the cause for this effect but for me it provided an undeniable long term benefit that has lasted for me long after cessation of Bacognize. I did try Gingko years ago... although it was likely a bunk product to begin with. Would love to try a Gingko product when/if ND makes one.
