Has anyone experienced this or think there's any reason this could happen. I once heard that substances that increase BDNF could cause hair loss (lion's mane), but this was never a problem for me. Of course I can't say for certain that temella is causing massive shedding but the timing is a little suspicious. Otherwise, this mushroom is amazing.

Appreciate it. Needed to know so I could plan how much to get to give it another go. Didn’t know if I needed to get 3 of largest size because I’d need to take 3G/day sort of thing.

I think 3g per day would be overkill for white jelly.
