Anyone can tell which courier ND uses for free shipping (over $200) to Canada?
A while ago I made an order from another US vendor and qualified for free shipping. They used FedEx. I was happy untill I received a bill from FedEx that they paid import taxes on my behalf (I am fine with that) and also slapped their fee on top of that (that was literrally x1.5 more than the taxes were, lol) so I ended up paying 2.5 times more import taxes than I had to, lol. Definitely not going that route again, hence the question.
I really hope they do use standard mail but.... Anyone that used it before please advise.

Our free international shipping is always DHL Ecommerce, which uses DHL to handle it inside the US, then passes it off to Canada Post for delivery. It is cleared through customs like a USPS First Class package would. Lately they have been using TForce for final delivery, but the customs clearance is the same. No extra fees for clearing customs on DHL Ecommerce.
