Nootropics in hot coffee

I have a few questions regarding the viability of Polygala extract powder as well as the 3 forms of Ashwagandha (KSM66, Sensoril and Shoden) in hot coffee.
I often mix botanicals into my hot coffee such as Kanna, Moringa and Kratom. They seem to hold up well in the coffee and the heat doesn’t diminish their effectiveness. While some of these botanicals aren’t all that soluble in coffee, they seem to mix well enough to make my coffee still enjoyable.
I’m interested to know if Polygala and the 3 forms of Ashwagandha are similar in that they remain 100% viable when mixed into hot coffee? Or do they break down from the heat, lose potency or effectiveness?.
I’m also interested to know if the heat or the caffeine either potentiates the Polygala or Ashwagandha, or if it speeds up the onset of Polygala or Ashwagandha? Thanks for any information you can provide.

For most extracts that is fine. Coffee is not hot enough to break down most actives in botanicals, especially when considering the short time they are in there.
