I just want to give people a little insight on things, because sometimes I think people just assume packages magically appear at their doors. Remember, it is a week before Christmas in the middle of the biggest pandemic we have had in 100 years. To top it all off, we have a postmaster that is actively trying to sabotage the USPS for political and monetary gain. Hundreds of sorting machines were removed and destroyed at USPS facilities all over the nation before the election. I am not going to get into the political motivations of it, but the facts of the matter are undisputed. The entire US postal system has been effectively brought to its knees. We are seeing backlogs and tracking issues that we have never before experienced. To say it is bad is putting it mildly. Take a look at the below post.
You can see it on many subs right now.

I got 1100 bucks worth of product during your black sale delivered to me 2 days from hitting the pay button. The FedEx 2 day is unreal and shows how brilliant this company is.

I am very glad we signed that contract when we did! We try to plan ahead for any eventuality. Obviously nobody could have predicted this specific pandemic, but we did expect some events that could lead to issues. So we often plan for generic events that might lead to issues just in case. If nothing happens, at least we were prepared. However, if something like COVID-19 does happen, we are prepared and ready to handle it. I hope everyone here realizes just how much work my team puts in to ensure we run smoothly. It's NOT easy by any means, and I am very proud of them for how they have handled this year!
