As soon as I ordered some Sulbutiamine they literally shipped it within 20 minutes of ordering. Colour me impressed af. Note that everyone complaining it is december and also I'm in the UK and I'm getting an I order i placed yesterday on monday.

My order from Thursday morning is still sitting at the warehouse. FedEx has confirmed it was never shipped. No response from ND support. This is ridiculous.
Update: It seemed as though the scanning had updated for the first this morning, and it is still on track to arrive today. A sigh of relief!

Nothing ever sits at our warehouse. My team knows I will get extremely pissed if things do not go out the door same day. However, FedEx is missing some scan updates in their attempt to get things out quickly right now, so that can happen. It actually left our facility that day and is moving, but the tracking doesn't reflect that. It will get to you today, though. I promise. FedEx signed a contract with us that mandates quick shipping times, and we hold them to that.
