Hello my package has been blocked for 9 days in the USA and in transit for 15 days!
Normally in normal time and even during covid my order takes 10 days to arrive in France (more than ten orders already made)

It looks like it was handed over to Deutsche Post Mail to be brought to the EU on the 30th. I'll make sure my team figures out what the deal is. It's likely not still in the US. It is probably in the EU, but they didn't update the tracking. That's been a thing the past few months. Not sure why tracking is being weird lately, but it has been happening.
