UK customs intercepted my shipment

UK customs seemed to have opened my parcel (shipped via DHL express), broken the seal on each jar/capsule bottle and tested the contents. The order was repackaged and shipped onwards to me with a new tracking number. Nothing was seized.

Weird.

FYI: Our DHL rep said that was normal, as customs agents often have to test the product before releasing them. It's not really normal, though. My team already reshipped to you on the 20th. It's in the UK now. We will chalk it up to a fluke in the customs process, and monitor if it happens again.
