Dhl is asking me for customs purposes. If I don't respond they return to sender. They want to know what's in it and if it is for personal use or am I reselling it.

We never have issues with Poland. I would just tell them it is for personal use. They are likely trying to see if your are reselling it to assess taxes/duties.
