Gettin LucidiSPORE tomorrow. Does anyone ha e any experience with this? I love cordyceps and plan on taking lucidispore at night to help with sleep.
Any recommendations/experiences are appreciated.

LucidiSPORE is about as potent as you can possibly get on the reishi triterpenoid side of things. We quite literally can't make it more potent than that. I love it, as do many people at our offices. I get a nice calming

It's a big stack. I would not take phenyl or sulbutiamine every day. Uridine is fine every day. I would say take it at night. Did you work up to that stack, I hope? You didn't just jump right into that big combo, right?

They are stimulating compounds that generally people report as building tolerance. So cycling is probably a good idea.

Got it. Then yes, there are cumulative beneficial effects. I take sulbutiamine at night if I take it personally, because I can get tired with it, too.
