Would Curcumin interfere with Diazepam or the liver enzymes needed to break it down?

When talking about curcumin, I think it makes more sense to talk about curcuminoids together, they often are. The three main curcuminoids can inhibit CYP1A2, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2D6, and CYP3A4. Diazepam is primarily metabolized by CYP3A4 and CYP2C19, so the inhibition of CYP3A4 by the curcuminoids could slow down metabolism of diazepam some. However, I can't really quantify how much. Curcumin does show protective effects when combined with diazepam, though.

Anecdotally, I do feel less cognitive impairment when I take a benzo with something like Longvida. I have only combined it with alprazolam and clonazepam, not diazepam, though.
