Hey u/misteryouaresodumb. I have a quick question. I have the nootropics depot mg scale which I purchased several months ago. I had actually made a post a couple months ago about how the scale went on the fritz and would show all kinds of constantly changing incorrect weights while it was turned on. You and a few others gave me some tips and tricks with the hope it would fix it. Unfortunately it did not fix it.
My question for you is would it be possible for me to just send you guys a video of it acting up in order to take advantage of the warranty? I’m hoping that would be sufficient because even though it’s just a bit of $ to ship it back to you i am pretty much broke right now thanks to the pandemic. Hopefully you would be cool with that because I have some compounds sitting around that I can’t safely use due to inability to weigh doses accurately. Thanks for your time and thanks for what you guys do at ND!

Same question here. I purchased the scale with warranty last year. It started acting up few months ago and the screen officially wonked out about 2 months ago.
Same deal, I sent a video to them and they approved but asked me to return the defective product. I've been putting it off because its so troublesome. I wasn't aware I had to ship it back as I had warranty and the video clearly showed it wonky. Would like to know if its possible to receive my scale without sending back too.
