Synephrine content in hesperidin powder (bitter orange extract)

The bitter orange powder is 90% hesperidin, I was wondering if anyone knows what the other 10 percent is? Bitter orange extract has been associated with heart attacks and heart damage because of its synephrine content.

There will be none. So what happens with super potent extracts like these is they create extraction methods that pull things out that they are targeting. Then they extract the raw material using other methods to get other compounds. Sometimes they even use column chromatography to separate and concentrate the specific target compound. So the process that will lead to a lot of synephrine will not be the same as one that leads to hesperidin. Hesperidin is a flavone and synephrine is an alkaloid. They are very different from each other, so separating them is not difficult. When you see an extract of something in the 90-98% range, the rest of the remaining will mostly be cellulose plant material.
