ETA on the 7,8-DHF with improved bioavailability?

Read in a post about a month ago that you were having a new formulation of 7,8-DHF with improved bioavailability encapsulated at the moment. Can you say anything about how soon this is available? Like in the next week or still months out in the future?

Aren't the potential legal issues a much bigger reason? (BTW while straightforward, you have to deal with handling ridiculously toxic reagents in the cheap route to R13, using either methyl isocyanate, or phosgene then methylamine. Yes, for this synth there exists a more dangerous option than the use of phosgene.)

Yes, those are the more acute reasons. However, even if there were no patent/legal issues, the actual synthesis would be another hurdle.
