Waiting on Order to Canada - Shipment Cancelled?

I've been waiting for my shipment to arrive here in Canada, and checked the status of it this afternoon and it says it's in my city but says cancelled beside it? Anyone have this happen before, think I'll still get my order? If it's cancelled and not going to show up does nootropicsdepot give out a refund?

Sometimes if there is an issue in fulfillment they might need to reprint a new label for an outgoing shipment. If that's the case, then the first label might be cancelled. I'd have to know your order number to really look into the details, though.
