This is a long story. I suffer from PSSD and we now think there is 5AR upregulation and therefore high Allopregnanolone in PSSD. The high allopregnanolone activates GABA, it feels like im on a benzo all day. Im looking for something like GAMSAs, I think regular Gaba antagonists wont work.
Im looking for a way to reduce Allopregnanolone (maybe 5AR inhibition)? Ive been thinking about ghk-cu + zinc.
If you know any way to get GAMSAs that would be great.
Im sorry my first post didnt contain the right information. I want to lower the GABA signalling caused by too much neurosteroids.

That's a tough one, as you have to be somewhat careful with inhibiting GABA. Lowering allopregnanolone might be a better idea. I will have to think about it.
