Anyone who takes Nigella Sativa, what effects have you observed since starting? Has it had a noticeable impact?

Ah, okay. I knew that was probably a really stupid question. Just gonna go with 200mg twice every day. I was just wondering because I recently had an MRSA infection, and got rid of it with antibiotics but wanted to use Nigella as a means of preventing any further possible infections until the wound heals completely. Sorry for being so extra in that original comment, lmao.

It's really hard to say, as there are no studies in-vivo on nigella sativa and MRSA. I would just stick with the normal 200mg dose.

That's a concentration, not a dose. That study you posted is an in-vitro one, not in-vivo. There is no way to translate that to a human dose.
