Immune Defense and autoimmune diseases?

Hi guys,
I'd like to put my mom on Immune Defense, considering that she's having some wet cough since more than one year (\long before Covid\, so this is not the cause). She developed this cough after a pneumonia, and she doesn't have other symptoms.
Of course she went to the Doc, took many exams and everything came okay, the RX shows only the signs left from the previous pneumonia. Since exams couldn't pinpoint the exact issue and its cause, and the results are not worrisome, Doc is not giving her any medications. For this reason I'm searching other ways to help her.
However, she has an autoimmune disease, so the question: is Immune Defense suitable or it would boost the immune response too much?
Thanks!

There is no way for us to be able to answer that. We are not her physicians, and cannot try to fill that role. Her doctor has to be the one making those decisions.
