Thanks man,
I've heard about berberine but at the time I didn't study the topic well and I had a few doubts:
1. potential anti hypertrophy effects. Is it true that it could lower muscle growth?
2. I've seen that it could help with diabetes, and it seems to be quite strong in that regard.
I know it sounds stupid, but what happen if somebody without diabetes takes it? There is the risk that berberine could lower insulin too much and one can develop hypoglycemia in the long term?
3. Does it stimulate the immune response?

1) Berberine helps muscle function.

Also, it promotes autophagy.

2) Not in my experience. It improves insulin sensitivity. So you are more sensitive to the insulin your body does release.
3) It actually modulates it.
