Which magnesium for someone who responds poorly to Glycinate?

Hi there!

I'm working on fine-tuning my stack and especially my sleep/recovery stack. I recently incorporated mag glyincate into my sleep stack and after a few days of trial and error have determined that I respond poorly (more like horribly, to be honest) to it. I wake up in the middle of the night multiple times as it is, but with mag glyincate I sleep noticeably worse. I essentially wake up very anxious/irritable about 3-5 hours earlier than I'd like to.

Here is the rest of my sleep/recovery stack for reference as it stands now, which gets me most of the way to solid enough sleep:

* Sleep Support (2 caps)
* CBD oil (50-60 mg or so)
* 300 mcg Melatonin

Should I try theronate or micromag considering my poor reaction to glycinate? I have tried theronate before but haven't noticed much in the way of results, either positive or negative. Haven't tried it before sleep though, only in the morning/afternoon.

Also open to suggestions on what else I might add to that stack to help me stay asleep; I can fall asleep initially just fine. Was thinking possibly Taurine (in addition to the other mag source) but I'm not sure how it might interact with the rest of that stack.

Thank you so…

Everyone is different. Some people actually get a paradoxical effect from the glycine in magnesium glycinate. That's why we brought out Micromag. There is no counter acid on it. It's just getting as much magnesium into your system as possible. So you don't need to worry about the glycine or threonic acid. Seriously, many people have said Micromag is a game-changer for them. It really is great. I have completely switched to it.

ETA on when Lithium Threonate will come to fruition?! I am sooooo excited for this and have been checking the ETA’s daily, haha. The last update was 4 months ago. Thanks for all you guys do!

The manufacturer we were working with pulled out on the project, and the other labs we have gotten interested want crazy MOQs. We are still working on it, but it is hard to get manufacturers to take on projects right now
