Does mixing extract powders with hot water damage them in any way?

Probably a silly question, but I'm not certain of how powders mix with hot water. I've seen people mix their noots to make tea, so I presume it won't have any significant impacts.
I mix my white jelly mushroom powder in the morning with some hot water to help it dissolve a bit easier. This doesn't damage the extract or in general, damage other extracts in any way does it?

Very few things are fragile enough to break down in hot water. Even things that are usually take a while to break down. This is why you see things like 80C for 2 hours. A few minutes in hot water is not a problem for 99% of things.
