Does weight effects the effectivness of Immune defence?
If does , what is the most effective dose for 38y male 350 lbs , asmathic who gets cold several time per winter ( currntly have one!)?
I have already started with 2 per nights And 2 fasted in the morning.

You can absolutely adjust the dose. Some skinnier people and smaller women only take one capsule. Some larger dudes take 2 capsules 2X per day. I double up my dose if I feel scratchiness in my throat, or am being exposed to more sick people. So you absolutely can if you want to as well.
