I made some purchases recently, some in bulk and the expiry dates that are usually stamped on the top cover aren’t there. Any reason for that, and how would I know when it goes bad?

We are in the country where we use an eagle as our mascot, but then use the screech of the red tailed hawk instead of the actual noise an eagle makes! Do you think we are going to modify our date formatting? Hell no! This is how we do it in 'Murica. LOL
