I'm interested for using it for school. I'm coming into Grade 12 and my memory sucks especially on subjects I'm not interested in.

J.Crow Lugol's 5% Iodine (30 mL or 600 drops). It's water with 10% Potassium Iodide and 5% Iodine. 1 drop is 1/20 mL which has 5 mg Potassium Iodide and 2.5 mg Iodine. It's good, but expensive. Maybe the only good Iodine out there.
I checked a bunch of other ones on Amazon, but all the affordable ones are 650 mcg per drop/pill and won't even last you that long if you want a dose that is actually going to do something. Not even worth it.

Isn't that a very high dose?
