Subjectively, any differences in how these two fatty acid amides affect you? They both seem very similar in moa, not sure if it's worth it to try one over the other. Mainly looking for Immune balancing, bonus for sleep quality enhancement.

Can you see any issue with taking both together? PEA in the AM and Oleamide in the PM, sounds like they could potentially complement each other.

Palmitoylethanolamide is better for inflammation and pain. Oleamide is better for sleep. Both are good for immune. We chose PEA in our Immune Defense so as not to cause drowsiness.
