Anyone any experience with this? Recieved a sample with my order, I felt my mood was pretty good for while after taking but cant attribute it off a single dose.

Edit: I see why it’s confusing, I had gotten mixed up.

I was actually wondering of the cyclodextrin complex portion of it, what is the percentage of lipoic acid? That’s the one I’m interested in, in bulk.

Ohh, got it. That makes more sense.

The R-ALA cyclodextrin is about 13% ALA. So a 250mg dose would be around 32.5mg of R-ALA. The cyclodextrin is a big part of the total weight, but it shuttles it to where it needs to go.
