Any ND Products For Acne?

u/misteryouaresodumb, I know you guys have a Skin Health category on the website but could you recommend any products specifically for acne? I live in a tropical climate and have always had really bad acne :(
Also, would Berberine help? To my knowledge it controls insulin levels which is a huge factor in sebum production. (My face is oily af haha)

Thank you. I looked into what you said - EGCG has some sebosuppressive properties, though not as strong if taken orally (VS topically).
Besides EGCG, would you mind explaining more on how to control sebum production without going the anti-androgen route?

A lot of what you are going to find it topical in nature. L-carnitine is another one.
I'd say berberine and vitamin D would be what I would look at for oral use in regard to sebum production.
