Package to Europe taking unexpectedly long.

I ordered 25 grams of a HCL phenibut, the last update in tracking said "Completed at origin" and that was 10 days ago. How long does your order usually take to arrive to Europe?

Thanks that would be great, I emailed support and they told me dhl ecommerce usually takes 4 to 6 weeks and to contact them again if the tracking still does not update the 5th week in transit. This seems unusually long.

It's not unusual right now, unfortunately. We are working with DHL to figure out if there is a better solution while COVID is delaying things. Fully private carriers are still going fast like normal, though. So DHL Express is still getting there super fast. It's when you hand it over to the local postal system that the delays are an issue.
