1kg Piracetam in stock date?

I just went to order more piracetam and see the 1kg jars are out of stock. Any idea when they will be available again? I've got about a week's worth on hand.

What? Is that how they usually operate? I mean, even if piracetam wasn't on their radar before these articles, wouldn't they first evaluate the situation, then maybe decide it should be prohibited and only then enforce this? Or is it legal for them to just prohibit things while deciding?
Edit: Had a look at some of the articles and apparently the problem is that some companies labeled their piracetam as dietry supplements, which the FDA doesn't approve of.

Yes, absolutely. They are reactionary. Something happens to get an issue on their radar, and they address it. Eventually they move onto the next thing and forget about it.
As for legality, they are the government. They can do what they want. What are we going to do, sue the government? I mean, we could. Then in 5 years when the process is all over, and I have spent a million dollars on lawyers and court fees, maybe we will have a resolution.
