Just realized that the sleep support contains bacopa monnieri as well as my synapsa. Wondering if the total of 520 mg is too much?

That depends on your personal brain chemistry. That would be too much bacopa for me, but it might not for you. You could always save money by getting your bacopa dose from your nightly Sleep Support, and only use Synapsa on days you don't take the stack.
