What is often somewhat poorly understood, is that oolong tea, black tea, green tea, matcha tea, white tea, pu’erh tea and even kukicha tea are all the same species of tea: Camellia sinensis. The difference between all of these different types of tea is that they are processed and grown differently. For example, the only difference between black and green tea is that black tea has been oxidized whereas green tea has not. Mhm, my new stack is pretty lit i gotta say. I should do a writeup on it, these recent posts about magtein are pretty amusing as well. I never got such crazy effects but my magnesium levels and vitamin c levels are usually very solid so that may be why

It's not so much crazy effects as it is a noticeable decline when you stop. I don't notice any crazy effects when taking Magtein, but I do notice a drop in mood and increase in anxiousness when ceasing abruptly.
