Camellia sinensis, better known to us as tea and the source of many different varieties of tea, is a treasure trove of unique bioactive molecules! Mhm, my new stack is pretty lit i gotta say. I should do a writeup on it, these recent posts about magtein are pretty amusing as well. I never got such crazy effects but my magnesium levels and vitamin c levels are usually very solid so that may be why

It's not so much crazy effects as it is a noticeable decline when you stop. I don't notice any crazy effects when taking Magtein, but I do notice a drop in mood and increase in anxiousness when ceasing abruptly.
