Krill Oil -> Fish Oil Equivalent Conversion Factor?
Original post in this thread

I know the krill oil has higher bioavailability vs the fish oil. I'm trying to target a certain amount of DHA/EPA, is there a way I can roughly convert krill oil numbers to fish oil numbers?

It's not that simple. The phospholipid-bound EPA and DHA in krill are not just more bioavailable, but they also work differently in the body. You can just do a simple calculation to determine what the equivalent normal fish oil would be.
How did you set your EPA/DHA target, and what are you taking it for?
