The issue is that 7,8-DHF is not very water soluble. It's not soluble in very many GRAS solvents, to be honest. We've tried a ton of strategies to make it into solution, and the only way we could get it to reasonable concentrations was with an emulsion, not a solution. I just don't see a nasal spray working. Perhaps he bought fake 7,8-DHF from someone else? Not sure.
